Shape Up Your Skin in the New Year

The New Year is here, which mean it’s time to make those resolutions! While many of us will be focusing on a new diet or workout regimen to get our bodies healthy, it’s also important to make sure your skin is in shape. Following a weekly facial skincare ‘workout routine’ can help refresh and recharge, keeping your skin looking and feeling it’s best. To help you out, we’ve developed a no-fuss 15-minute routine for you to follow!

Step 1

Start your skincare workout by cleansing thoroughly with a healthy dose of prebiotics in our Prebiotic Facial Wash.

Why it works: Prebiotics work by feeding the skin with healthy bacteria, which encourages regeneration of skin. Washing your face daily will remove impurities that have built up as a result of pollutants, bacteria and sebum.

Step 2
